1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our support service using the "Support" button in the main menu of the site, clearly stating the problem encountered.
Our team will guide you through the return procedure best suited to your situation.
You are not obligated to provide us with the reason for the return, however we kindly ask to help us optimize our services and offer you an ever-improving experience.

3. Return Conditions
- Products must be intact and in original packaging
- They must not show signs of wear or damage
- They must be complete with all accessories and documentation
- Labels must still be attached
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by Emblexa Ltd, except in cases of returns "due to a change of mind" where costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for purchase.
6. Legal Warranty
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
