1. Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Delivery normally occurs in:
- UK Mainland: 2-3 business days
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination of the product.
3. Couriers Used
Emblexa Ltd relies on the best courier services to ensure fast and secure deliveries:
- DPD
- DHL
- Royal Mail
- Evri
4. Delivery
Delivery occurs at street level from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In case of absence:
- The courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery
- A second delivery attempt will be made
- The package will be held for 5 business days
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged using protective materials and, when possible, eco-sustainable ones.
6. Damage During Transport
In case of evident damage to the package, it is important to:
- Accept with written reservation on the delivery document
- Photograph the damage
